Stage 1. Problem and objective of the project

The main objective of the project is to address the problem of connecting individuals with specific needs and those able to meet these needs. In concrete terms, it is about linking people who require assistance with those who can provide it.

Stage 3. User interviews

Understanding users' challenges through interviews allows us to design solutions that significantly simplify their lives, ensuring that the product deeply aligns with their individual needs while also making it easier to find staff for a certain work activity, whether domestic or not.

By exploring other job search applications, crucial features were identified that guide Conecta2's improvements, integrating functionalities that delight users and promote regular use, enriching its process and generating a profound impact on its objective.

Stage 5. Problem and solution

By uncovering the key issue, the strategy was carefully designed to precisely meet users’ needs and increase satisfaction in their recruitment and skills posting process. This is a method to optimize the features and functionalities of the applications with what users are really looking for, thus accelerating a deep connection and loyalty to the platform.

Stage 6. User person

Personality analysis identifies two key user segments: workers and people who need to deal with specialists for a specific task. These people are looking for a connection without intermediaries in order to achieve their activities and goals.
